My love for essential oils

Essential oils are some of my favorite helpers, but I’m very specific about what kind I use, since the quality can be very low & impure in many of them.
This is why I love & work only with DoTerra essential oils, because their quality is pure, tested, and they have beautiful harvesting & sustainability practices. Their oils come from plants that are growing on their native lands, which gives the oil a very precious quality. This means DoTerra goes all over the earth to tend & harvest, and they employ the indigenous of the land with fair wages to care for the plants & trees they harvest from.
What exactly are essential oils?
From DoTerra ~
“Inside many plants—hidden in roots, seeds, flowers, bark—are concentrated, highly potent chemical compounds. These natural compounds are essential oils.
Essential oils give a plant its scent, protect it from hazardous environmental conditions, and even assist it with pollination, among other important functions and benefits.”
I have found essential oils to be powerful helpers to the body, mind, & feeling bodies. I love how versatile they are, with uses aromatically, topically, & internally. This means we have several ways we can utilize an oil, with each option having its own unique way of benefiting us.
Furthermore, the molecules of the oils are very tiny and many of them can pass the blood-brain barrier, unlike many water-based medicines with larger molecules, meaning essential oils can sink deeply into your cells, perhaps into places where nothing else can penetrate.
I have found DoTerra’s essential oils to be strong repairers, with multiple health benefits that reach all bodies, physical & etheric.
For example, lavender is well-known for its peaceful imprint. However, lavender is also anti-bacterial as well as amazing for skin healing.
I am so grateful & in awe of our beautiful world & all that grows upon it.
I am honored to use the healing properties of these oils in my work.
{Pictured is "Adaptiv," which is very soothing to the emotional body. I use it every day to support me in my sensitivities on both emotional and sensory levels}.
