Wild foods.
They are precious for us and all creatures. They have a quality of freedom & purity that many plants & the resulting foods have lost. Wild foods are not managed & formed by human hands, but grow completely to their own nature and that of the turning stars.
I hope they remind you of your own need of wildness, of freedom & purity, growing completely to your own nature and that of the turning stars.
Wild blueberries are one of my most cherished foods. I love making smoothies with them, especially the Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie by Medical Medium {https://www.medicalmedium.com/blog/medical-medium-heavy-metal-detox-smoothie} but this time I baked them in muffins to support my milk production for my littlest one. They are gluten & refined sugar free, as well as vegan {aside from honey}.
I hope when berry season arrives, you'll be picking in the forest & eating them right from the bush, your fingertips stained purple, your body receiving a special nourishment from their wildness, your soul {{feeling}} this beautiful earth, this glorious life in you, in everything.

It is in my heart of hearts that we will all remember our divine blueprint.
And not just our own, but also each other's, and those of the earth, the animals, and all creatures great & small.
But what is a divine blueprint?
This is what I hear.
A divine blueprint is the design God gave you. It's the idea of you from God's own heart. It's the map of you. And everything was created * just so * on that blueprint.
But so many of us are hurting, in our bodies, in our minds, in our hearts. We are sick, we are in pain, we are dying.
What is happening?
The divine blueprint is always present and alive in you, because it is the plan of your very nature; every cell. There can be no separation between you & it.
The blueprint is still at work, even in illness. It directs how your body should respond when it is too heavily burdened with toxicity. It, and your body, are 100% on your side. They are not wrong.
But, in our blueprint are God's instructions for what we need in order to be well and free of illness. This is why a handful of berries {for example} uplifts your health, while a fast food meal does not.
This is how we can tell what to eat for a thriving body. The berries are a beautiful color. They are alive. They are nutritious. When they have just been picked and eaten fresh, they have beneficial bacteria on them that is perfect & necessary for healthy bellies {and not so commonly received except in this form}. It is clear that these berries are for us {and other creatures of the earth too}. With how depleted and lifeless a fast food meal is, it is clear that it is not food meant for us or any other living being. In fact, it is not truly * food * at all.
In order to be consciously relating with our divine blueprint, it's important to not only feed ourselves in a way that is life-giving, but feed ourselves mentally & emotionally in life-giving ways as well.
The divine blueprint is always working for us, all the time in every way. It's just a matter of which way do we want our bodies to go? Toward life or death?
For those that want to live, I feel overjoyed in supporting your life.
And it is my hope that remembering your divine blueprint will move you to cherish yourself and all of life.

Today a large bald eagle flew close in front of me. I cried because it was so beautiful, so real, so purely truthful & honest in its feathers, its wings, its beak.
I whispered that I missed being wild too.
And so I’m now asking myself & you - what does wild mean to you? And how do you feel about your sense of wildness? Does it differ from how our culture uses wild as a word & description? If wildness has a meaning & preciousness to you, as it does to me, how can you live differently so you feel more wild?
